The Callaway Rogue ST Max OS Hybrid has a bonded/fixed hosel in this model family, so loft and lie are not consumer-adjustable with a wrench. Factory loft coverage is 19°–30°; tune strike, ball position, shaft fit and head loft instead.

Check strike before changing the club
| High face | Often raises launch and lowers spin. Do not keep raising the tee if flight is already high. |
|---|---|
| Low face | Often lowers launch and adds spin. Raise tee height slightly before changing loft. |
| Heel | Can add fade/slice gear effect. Improve centred contact before adding draw bias. |
| Toe | Can add draw/hook gear effect. Check strike before adding fade bias. |
If it launches too low
- Check low-face contact first.
- Move ball position slightly forward and re-test.
- If static loft is still wrong, choose another factory loft rather than trying to rotate a bonded hosel.
If it launches too high
- Check high-face contact and excessive forward ball position.
- Move to a lower-loft head if the flight remains too high.
